Withdrawal of a Submitted or Published Paper

• The author is not permitted to withdraw a submitted or published paper (unless there are compelling reasons), as withdrawing a published paper constitutes a waste of the valuable resources expended by the editors and reviewers in processing the submitted paper, as well as the efforts invested by the publisher.
• If the author wishes to withdraw their paper, they will be required to submit an "Article Withdrawal Form" signed by all authors (or the corresponding author), stating the reasons for withdrawal.
• Authors should not assume that their papers have been withdrawn until they receive official notification from the editorial board to that effect.
