Praise be to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are accomplished, and peace and blessings be upon the teacher of humanity to goodness and the guide of humankind to righteousness. It is my pleasure to announce that the "Scientific Renaissance" Journal ( Al-Nahda Al-Ilmiyya ), published by the Open University – Sebha, is delighted to place in the hands of researchers and interested individuals a rigorously peer-reviewed scientific platform. This platform aims to disseminate sound knowledge and encourage serious academic research across various fields of science and knowledge.

As the journal takes its first steps in the field of scientific publishing, it affirms its commitment to the highest standards of quality and scientific arbitration. The journal adopts a meticulous scientific peer-review system based on double-blind review, ensuring the quality and objectivity of published research. It also adheres to transparency in evaluation procedures and the standards of scientific research ethics.

Furthermore, the editorial board is keen on regular publication and promoting scientific openness to all disciplines that serve society and meet contemporary requirements. This is achieved by attracting contributions from researchers within Libya and abroad, paying special attention to research issues relevant to Libyan and regional society, and encouraging interdisciplinary studies that address contemporary challenges from an integrated scientific perspective, thereby supporting the exchange of expertise and the integration of research efforts.
